The venue
Designed by Moshe Safdie and opened in 1995, The Centre is a performing-arts theatre across from Vancouver Public Library. Its programme spans touring productions, ballet and music. The Homer Street setting puts a full theatre evening within reach of the surrounding downtown restaurants.
