DPRTMNT is a nightclub and live-event space at 473 Adelaide Street West in the Entertainment District. Its design includes extensive LED lighting and a soundproofed interior. Programming gives Fridays to electronic producers, while the recurring Saturday series spans hip-hop, reggaeton, dancehall and house.

Marseille DJ and producer Matt Sassari began releasing his own music in 2012 with Wondernuts, later putting out the album Junk Modul. His club catalogue spans labels including CR2 and Terminal M; Put A Record On reached Beatport’s top spot before his 2021 reworking of Timbaland’s Give It to Me.
