The Red Room is an independent Vancouver nightclub and entertainment venue with a family-run history. Its open-floor room hosts live performances and DJ-led nights, with a PK Sound system at the centre of the setup. Pick the bill for the music, then leave some room for dancing.

Belgian-born producer and DJ Alix Perez works from a drum-and-bass foundation and founded 1985 Music in 2016. He also makes music with EPROM as SHADES—a useful clue to his appetite for bass experiments.
